I love supporting local business as you’ve seen. When Fit Farm Girl launched her Fit Bands range and her product was all over my feed I was determined to try it out, especially when she released the Thrust Barbell Pad.
Service and delivery was outstanding and Camella went the extra mile to keep me posted on my order.
The product itself is unlike other loop bands that are slippery when you sweat, and roll when you do plyometrics. The bands are thick (like your thighs and booty will be after a few sessions!) and made of high quality material. I made the mistake of trying out the SUPER HEAVY resistance band first and boy did my peach have DOMS for days. I eventually added the MEDIUM resistance band to my collection as I wanted to add it to more dynamic movements and my glutes were just not there yet with the Super Heavy one. The bands are durable, easy to fold while travelling or to pack in your gym bag, and a must have to add that little extra to your workout routine.
When FFG released her Barbell Padding I was ecstatic! I’ve seen these online before and have wanted one for ages since I started weight training at home. The padding is made of high quality foam and protects the shoulders and hips while doing movements like squats and hip thrusts. The padding comes with 2 straps to keep the foam in place and does not get in the way of the products purpose of protecting your body. After over a month of solid use, the padding still looks brand new.
