Oh this one’s for you if you either struggle to get your plant greens in OR if you love a little bitterness in your life. Luckily, both of the before mentioned applies to me!
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Psyllium Husks
- 1 tsp Honey
- Half Frozen Banana
- 250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Body by Wild)
Pop all ingredients into a blender. Blend and Enjoy!
