I’m so excited to be releasing my own little workout series that I put together during the last few months of 2017. The first few months of 2018 is always a bit of a blur to try and figure out what workouts to do, which gyms to join and what goals to pursue. I wanted to release it as a full guide but I am not ready for such a big step just yet.
So if you are running out of ideas or just want a brief change or something different to your usual routine, you can throw in my weekly workout to mix it up. And at the end of the series, it can be used as a full plan.
I chose Functional Training because it’s the type of workouts that I prefer personally. Varied with cardio and strength, and definitely challenging. It will be released via my blog with the accompanying video on my Instagram Highlight Reel every Wednesday.

The equipment will vary for each workout and includes a combination of the following:
- Set of Dumbbells
- TRX/Suspension Trainer
- Medicine Ball
- Pull Up Bar
The series consists of 6 different workouts:
- 1000 Reps Challenge
I will link every workout to this post once it goes live and each post will have a Dropbox link to a PDF in this folder.
