Recipe: Post Workout Turmeric Smoothie

Tumeric has been making headlines the last while for its natural anti-inflammatory properties.

When I’ve had a tough workout, I love having a simple, Tumeric Smoothie to calm and soothe the body.


  • half cup (250ml)Frozen Banana
  • half cup (250ml) Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein
  • handful Spinach
  • pinch of black pepper

Put all ingredients in a blender and whizz until desired consistency.
