When I’ve had a tough workout, I love having a simple, Tumeric Smoothie to calm and soothe the body.
- half cup (250ml)Frozen Banana
- half cup (250ml) Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Scoops Whey Protein
- handful Spinach
- pinch of black pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender and whizz until desired consistency.
